Management Team

Christine Antonelli – President

Christine Antonelli is based in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Antonelli is an experienced manager with a thorough understanding of contact center operations and business development. Ms. Antonelli previously served as Senior Vice President, Operations, and was responsible for the delivery of service worldwide including the launch of operations in Europe. Previously, she served as Vice President, Business Development and Planning. She also led the creation of SEI's work-at-home capabilities and integrated diverse functions to ensure successful service delivery.

Prior to this, she was Vice President of Business Development for the Verety McDonald's Customer Order Center, responsible for establishing relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Ms. Antonelli holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA with a concentration in operations management from DePaul University (Chicago).

Brian Haan – Chief Technology Officer / Chief Security Officer

Brian Haan is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mr. Haan brings more than 20 years of technical and management experience maximizing reliability in highly distributed, mission-critical data networks. He is responsible for software development, global data center and security operations, telecommunications and network design/implementation.

Mr. Haan joined SEI in November 2007. Previously, Mr.Haan was Senior Vice President for Information Technology Global Operations at the electronic payment processing firm eFunds. Mr. Haan has also served as Director of Global Operations at Monster.com, where he managed a network comprising of data centers worldwide.

Mr. Haan holds a BS in Computer Data Systems, MS in Cybersecurity and an MBA from the University of Maryland and an MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University. From 1990 to 1994, he served in the United States Air Force where he designed and oversaw data systems for aircraft maintenance.

Greg Lewis – Senior Vice President, Business Development

Greg Lewis is based in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Lewis has over 20 years of experience adding value to SEI's services for customers worldwide, including the development of SEI's support desk offering and many years supporting SEI's work for McDonald's Corporation. Mr. Lewis returned to SEI in 2013 after helping establish McDonald's support center subsidiary, RTS. He is focused on developing SEI's service offerings and economy of scale using the work-at-home agent solution.

From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Lewis was SEI's Senior Vice President, Global Client Relations, for McDonald's. From 2004 to 2008, he served as Vice President, Concept Development and Customer Relations for the Verety McDonald's Customer Order Center. Before this, his two-decade tenure at SEI included leading the launch of SEI's help desk service offering with a project for McDonald's. With particular expertise in the conception, design and construction of sophisticated back-of-the-house and point-of-sale systems, he managed the development of two quick service restaurant software products as well as the installation and support of internal call center systems.

Mr. Lewis holds a BS and MS in computer science and electrical engineering and a certificate in business administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Kristi Gappert – Retail Support Account Manager

Kristi Gappert is based in Missoula, Montana. She is accountable for service delivery to Sonic corporate and franchisees. Ms. Gappert joined SEI in 1997 as a Level 2 technician on the McDonald's help desk. She went on to hold the positions of Project Lead and Help Desk Supervisor prior to being named the Account Manager for Sonic in 2013.

With more than 20 years of retail technology support experience, Ms. Gappert has helped launch new help desks, assisted with the implementation of incident management systems and grown our business by building strong, lasting relationships with our clients.

Ms. Gappert holds a BS in business administration from North Dakota State University.
